We occasionally send out news releases and other notices. If you would like to be put on our email distribution list for the purpose, just email us with your name. Feel free to add a sentence or two about yourself and where you’re located if you’re so inclined.

Membership

To join the Riverview Village Intentional Community Society, please make out a cheque for $10 to the Society, write on the Memo line “Membership,” and mail to “RVICS, c/o Halina Haboosheh, 5 – 188 Esplanade Ave. East, North Vancouver BC V7L 4Y1. Please, also, include a note with your name, postal address, phone number and email address.

Please feel free to add an extra donation above the $10 if you wish to increase your support. (Unfortunately, we can’t currently offer a tax receipt.)

Getting involved

If you would like to get involved, please let us know. We’re a volunteer-based organization, so we depend on the participation of all of those who are interested in our proposal. Everyone can help out, regardless of their background and whatever skills they have. We can fill you in when you email or call.

Over and above our work at large, we’re currently looking for someone with “dynamic” (sometimes called “responsive”) website-design capability and for someone with experience in social media. If you have either of those two skills and would like to help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
